Since more than 50 years, the name Linseis stands for first-class Service & Support.
Our Service & Support activities include technical installation, maintenance, user training and application support. We offer tailored service and maintenance contracts, extended warranties and a Technical Support hotline. In addition to 'return to base' repairs we also provide call out support for all of our products, and hold an extensive range of spares to ensure that equipment down time is kept to a minimum.
While installing the device, our specialists will intensively train your personnel in operating it, demonstrate the analytical performance of our Thermal Analyzer and record the obtained results.
Instruments are serviced, upgraded and repaired by specially trained professionals using factory original parts only. Subsequently, instruments are cleaned and checked, maintained to our highest specifications and finally tested to ensure the highest quality standards have been reached.
Our application specialists also provide comprehensive qualification of your personnel enabling them to solve specific analytical problems.
